Approve or reject results before they count toward the ranking table.
Deleting a result removes it from the ranking table immediately — the leaderboard's Points table is calculated live. It does not update the Indoor/Official/Overall ratings tabs automatically; press "Recalculate ratings" on the leaderboard afterward for those to reflect the change.
